In his most recent engagement, in the Solar Industry, Jared helped a startup manufacturer of solar mounting solutions grow their business, develop new products, streamline operations, and manage projects. With IKEA North America, he helped lead teams, evaluated equipment for national roll out, and proposed growth opportunities to North American Management. Jared was born and raised near Cleveland, Ohio.  After living in Luxembourg for a short while, Jared graduated with a BA in Psychology and minors in Entrepreneurial Business and European Area Studies. He is presently earning a Green MBA at the Dominican University of California and founding a company focused on resource efficiency consulting.
